Return & Refund

Thank you for purchasing our chair! We designed and built our chair by premium material, it can take some time for your body to adjust to better support, we require a minimum trial of 21 days.

We only accept returns for items purchased directly from us on www.automailchair.com. For purchases made with any other distributor, please contact the relevant distributor.

AUTOMAIL chairs are non-exchangeable and you have 49 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your AUTOMAIL® Chair. To be eligible for a return, you must be within the 49-day trial period and have used the chair for at least 21 days.

You will be responsible for returning the chair including shipping fee and cost, completely disassembled in original packaging in good condition. The chair must be in original condition, clean, and undamaged.

We will reject the return and refund if the item is found to be damaged or not in an original condition (Eg: Misuse, abuse, normal wear & tear, etc..).

You will be refunded the full product price of the chair less the value of any discount, charges due to chair condition. The refund process will take up to 21 working days and the refunds will be given in your original form of payment mode. Any additional charges (E.g. Delivery, assembly fees and, etc) paid for the order will be deducted from the amount receivable.

Please note that the Return and Refund Policy does not apply to accessories and bulk purchases (5 and above).
